Mixing systems with pump for biogas plant in Cremona
The AGB team designed, produced and installed a pump-equipped Biomixer for a farm in the province of Cremona with a 300 kW biogas plant.
The request, which came directly from the plant designer, involved the set-up of a mixer with an attached auger pump.
17m3 biomixer with auger pump
In response to requirements, AGB Biogas designed a 17 m3 biomass Biomixer that was paired with an auger pump. This customisation means that the processed material (bovine manure, slur-ry and silage) is pre-mixed and conveyed to the biogas plant by the pump itself and no longer by the screw conveyors. To prevent wear and corrosion over time we provided a mixer tank fully lined with stainless steel, a hallmark of AGB brand products.
